Ziggs: Who’s Googling You?

You know that a website MUST be getting big when your MOTHER e-mails you about it.  That's exactly what happened this morning when mine asked me if I had heard of Ziggs.  I had, of course, but didn't realize just how quickly they were growing.

What is Ziggs?  In a nutshell, it's a website somewhat similar to LinkedIn, in that you can post a complete profile of yourself, your education and employment history, and your resume.  You can also use it to buy www.YourName.com if you're so inclined.

What's really cool about Ziggs, though, is that they will send you an e-mail alert every time someone Googles you and finds your profile on Ziggs.  They will send you the date, time, and even the IP address of the computer that was searching for you.  It's almost scary, in fact.

So, if you haven't done so already, check out Ziggs.  Most of the services are free.  Oh, did I mentioned that they have a Page Rank of 4?  You can also list your website for instant link love.
