Yahoo is now embedding Facebook information and functionality directly into its search feature. This means that you can now poke your friends right from a page of Yahoo search results.
Yahoo has announced that Facebook enhanced results are now turned on by default across Yahoo search results. This means that any Facebook user who has chosen to make their profile a public one can now be seen (with enhanced Facebook data) in Yahoo’s search results.
Facebook is the seventh SearchMonkey application to be activated for Yahoo users. The others include LinkedIn, Yelp, Citysearch, Yahoo Local, Zagat, and Wikipedia.
