That sure caught them off guard.
Watch as lightning strikes the north end of the stadium during the fourth inning of the Texas Rangers vs. Minnesota Twins game at Rangers Ballpark in Arlington.
The ensuing thunderclap sends players, umps, and coaches running for the hills.
First base coach Jerry White hid behind an umpire.
“I thought I was a spirit; I thought I was dead,” Rangers manager Ron Washington said afterward.
