Carrie Prejean

Carrie Prejean is pissed and getting pissed-er.

Prejean's lawyer has threatened to sue Vivid Entertainment (an adult film company) if it releases the Carrie Prejean sex tape or any photos contained herein.

Carrie's attorney, Charles LiMandri, told Vivid that even though he made it clear on Tuesday that no means no, "...your company has apparently told the media that it plans to publish the videotapes and/or photographs of my client with or without her permission."

LiMandri gave explicit details of what would happen if they did so, warning Vivid that Carrie will sue for invasion of privacy, misappropriation of her likeness as well as public disclosure of private facts.

LiMandri also intends to add a claim for emotional distress. Both he and Prejean have said that the videos were shot when she was only 17. On the other hand, her ex-boyfriend, to whom she sent the X-rated tapes, says otherwise.

Let's hope so, otherwise Mr. Skin is in trouble.
