I have Verizon mobile service but in my area we have AT&T for home phone, internet, cable. In my opinion I feel that when companies have market share domination in a particular area they tend to treat their customers like crap. I have had similar conversations with customer reps at AT&T and after hanging up the phone it always amazes me that someone can be that stupid. Good luck with your repairs. Hopefully as technology progresses we will not have to rely on so few companies for our services. That really sucks.
