Vanessa Hudgens is irate over various websites that are publishing new nude photos of her, and she might just file criminal charges.
The photos, taken by Vanessa herself, have appeared on several other websites, although we won’t show or link to them here as she was underage at the time they were taken. That makes publication, possession, or distribution of them a potential federal crime.
Vanessa Hudgens uploaded the photos onto her own computer. It looks like she may have been the victim of a hacker. Her lawyer says Vanessa had absolutely nothing to do with the distribution of the nude pics.
Lawyer have sent cease and desist letters to several websites that published the photos, confirming that their publication is both a crime and a violation of her right of privacy.
