America is ready to welcome “the Visitors.”
The premiere of V on ABC Tuesday night pulled nice ratings, eating away at Tuesday behemoth NCIS, and defeating the CBS program in the 18-49 demographic.
Still, NCIS beat V in head-to-head viewers and CBS managed to win the night with 15.55 million viewers and a 9.8 rating /16 share in households.
ABC placed second with just over 12 million viewers and a 7.6/12.
NBC (8 million, 5.0/8) landed in third place ahead of FOX (6.1 million, 3.8/6).
The CW managed 1.8 million viewers and a 1.3/2.
CBS led the adults 18-49 demographic also with a 3.4 rating, just eking out ABC’s 3.3.
NBC was close behind with a 3.0. FOX averaged 2.4 The CW scored a 0.9.
