Wow. Wow. Yes, two twin sisters will be making their official NASCAR debuts tomorrow (Saturday) and their already turning lots of head.
Amber and Angela Cope are 27-year-old twins who not only have mad driving skills, but also the drop-dead good looks of a couple of supermodels.
So where did they get those driving skills anyway? Well, the girls are the nieces of 1990 Daytona 500 winner Derrike Cope, and this dynamic duo is set to make their NASCAR debut in Saturday’s Camping World Truck Series race.
“This is what we have strived for since we started racing go-carts,” said Angela Cope. “We successfully ran go-carts for years across the Northwest, then moved to North Carolina over five years ago with a dream to race stock cars or trucks. We will now get the opportunity to earn the respect of our competitors.”
Gentlemen, start your engines indeed!
