Pittsburgh Steelers safety Troy Polamalu now officially has the most expensive hair in the entire National Football League.
Lloyds of London has insured Polamalu’s hair for $1 million in accordance with his sponsorship deal with Head & Shoulders.
Troy has not cut his hair in over seven years. His hair also has its own website at Troyshair.com.
Polamalu, who has appeared in several Head & Shoulders commercials, is known for his long, flowing head of hair.
“Head & Shoulders has gone above and beyond by insuring my Samoan locks for a cool $1 million dollars,” Polamalu said. “This reinforces that my full and thick hair is unstoppable.”
