Tony La Russa is pissed, which is never a good thing. What’s worse…he’s pissed at Twitter.
Someone has hijacked a Twitter account, claiming to be the St. Louis Cardinals manager. La Russa is so pissed about it, in fact, that he’s suing Twitter for allowing it to happen.
The individual who was tweeting as Tony La Russa (@tonylarussa has now been removed) posted some tweets that the real Tony La Rudda didn’t care for very much, apparently.
The lawsuit alleges trademark infringement, trademark dilution, cybersquatting, misappropriation of name and likeness, invasion of privacy, and intentional misrepresentation. So there too!
