The Atlanta Falcons’ Tony Gonzalez is a vegan.
The sure-to-be-Hall-of-Fame-bound tight end is taking drastic measures to demonstrate that his lack of meat doesn’t affect his performance. Tony and his wife, October Gonzalez (yes, seriously), are appearing nude for the latest round of PETA anti-fur PSAs.
Tony states that he and his wife “have changed many of our habits in light of the inhumane treatment of animals that occurs not only in the fur industry but also on factory farms.”
“We have a voice. And that’s why we’re doing something like this…If enough people stand up and say something about it, it will end,” Tony says.
