Former New York Giants running back Tiki Barber and his ex-wife Ginny Barber have finally reached a divorce settlement, according to a clerk at Manhattan Supreme Court.
The couple now has 60 days to turn the settlement in to the court.
Tiki was was served with divorce papers back in 2010 after he was seen parading about with his then-23-year-old mistress while his pregnant wife was in the hospital for a week.
At the time, the former NFL star was a correspondent for NBC.
Last year, Barber popped the question to his former mistress, former NBC intern Traci Lynn Johnson, who posed for a skimpy Maxim layout in 2011.
The couple had planned to tie the knot this spring but had to temporarily put on the brakes as the Barbers went to war over money in their bitter divorce settlement.
At the time, Tiki said he couldn’t afford Ginny’s alimony request.
The former couple has two sons together. Shortly after Ginny filed the divorce paperwork she gave birth to twin girls.
Last year, Tiki Barber tried to make an NFL comeback but couldn’t find a team interested in signing him to a contract.
