Tiger Woods Car Accident Pictures (PHOTOS)

Photos have hit the web of Tiger Woods' smashed up SUV from that accident he had on Friday.

New details are also emerging regarding his injuries...and they weren't caused by that tree he hit.

It now looks as though Tiger's wife, Elin Nordegren, may have been the one who inflicted the wounds upon the unsuspecting golf star, according to a discussion Woods had on Friday after the crash.

Woods apparently said that his wife had confronted him regarding rumors that he was having an affair. The argument escalated and Nordegren scratched up Tiger's face.

Woods realized that it was time to make a hasty exit, but Nordegren followed close behind with a golf club. As Tiger Woods tried to pull away, she struck his SUV with the club.

When Woods looked to see what had happened, his SUV hit the fire hydrant and then a tree.

It's also interesting to note that reports from the accident scene indicate that there was no blood on his steering wheel, which would seem to imply that his injuries were sustained prior to the crash.
