You think and think, and think some more, about ways to make money online.  Meanwhile, Eric Carle had a brilliant marketing plan, whether he meant to do so or not.

"In the light of the moon a little egg lay on a leaf," begins his classic children's book The Very Hungry Caterpillar The Very Hungry Caterpillar: Brilliant Marketing Plan, which is celebrating its 40th birthday (the book, not the author).

Children's books are a HUGE money-maker.  It's no surprise that lots of people try to get in on the act.  Heck, even Jamie Lee Curtis has written a few (ie: Where Do Balloons Go? The Very Hungry Caterpillar: Brilliant Marketing Plan, etc).

Google has gotten into the spirit today with a special logo...
