Teri Hatcher participated in a triathlon in Malibu over the weekend, calling the feat one of her “bucket list” wishes. Hatcher, 44, donned a sporty wetsuit and other appropriate gear which she changed into and out of as the triathlon wore on.
The Desperate Housewives actress appeared smiling in goggles in the water as part of the Nautica Malibu Triathlon, which raises money for the Children’s Hospital of Los Angeles. Her daughter Emerson Rose, 11, also joined her. On her blog she wrote:
“It has been an interesting time training for this event. I hope to offer other moms like myself inspiration. Being the do-it-yourself type, like many of us are either inclined or forced to be, I did not have a trainer.”
Other celebrities participating in the event included Felicity Huffman, William H. Macy and Saved By The Bell star Mario Lopez. The event was kicked off by none other than David Hasselhoff.
