Elizabeth Lambert has been suspended from the University of New Mexico’s women’s soccer team.
In the video shown here on Blippitt last week, Lambert’s on-field actions against BYU’s Kassidy Shumway have become the viral video of the month, being replayed on news outlets across the nation.

UPDATE: Elizabeth Lambert has been suspended.
University of New Mexico soccer defender Elizabeth Lambert is someone you don’t want to piss off.
The feisty female who wears No. 15 will probably be catching a lot of heat from the NCAA after being “highlighted” on ESPN last night, and not in a good way.
