A startling moment in the White House this afternoon…midway through President Obama’s speech on urban and metropolitan policy in the Eisenhower Executive Office Building, his teleprompter, often referred to as TOTUS, came crashing down.
The teleprompter hit the wooden floor and shattered into millions of pieces, causing quite a commotion.
