Most scooters have pretty feeble horns that sound like someone is grabbing a chipmunk’s ball sack. This guy doesn’t have that problem. He’s mounted an actual train horn onto his scooter, and there’s no way anyone can miss him coming now. BONUS: Excellent example of the Doppler Effect.
