A German man was charged on Wednesday with trying to extort former model Cindy Crawford and her husband Rande Gerber for $100,000 over a picture of their daughter tied to a chair and gagged.
Edis Kayalar hasn’t been arrested yet as he was recently deported to Germany.  Authorities believe that he is in Stuttgart.
