Finally…a lawsuit we are happy to report on.  We get so much spam from Tagged, it’s ridiculous.
Now, social networking site Tagged.com has been sued by the State of New York for “deceptive e-mail marketing practices and invasion of privacy.”

MySpace Laying Off 300 and Closing 4 Offices

MySpace will be laying off 300 people internationally and shutting down at least 4 offices outside the United States.
Owen Van Natta has admitted to trying to grow their European presence too quickly.  The employees affected are mainly in Argentina, Brazil, Canada, France, India, Italy, Mexico, Russia, Sweden, and Spain.

Survey: Internet is Most Preferred News Source

MySpace Layoffs: Almost 500 Employees Affected

MySpace has confirmed today that the company is going to “reduce staff by nearly 30 percent,” effective immediately.
Reports indicate that there is currently extra security in the MySpace corporate offices. Managers have also been given boxes to distribute to employees to pack their belongings.

System Update Accidentally Reveals Hidden MySpace Groups

That loud “Oops!” that you hear is coming from MySpace.
MySpace seems to be updating their “Groups” feature.  Groups gives users the ability to connect on a community message board and group page.
