James Hetfield Donates 330 Acres for Farmland

Metallica lead singer James Hetfield is going to donate 330 acres overlooking California’s Lucas Valley and have it earmarked for preservation as farmland. The Marin County Board of Supervisors unanimously accepted the generous donation on Tuesday. Hetfield had previously given the county over 400 acres for open space.
