Michelle Duggar had an emergency C Section last night. All is well now, though, and the reality mom gave birth to baby 19!

The newest Duggar is here. According to TLC, Mackynzie Renee Duggar, the first Duggar grandchild, was born at 6:39 p.m. Thursday.
Mackynzie is the very first child for Josh Duggar and Anna Duggar and the first grandchild for Jim Bob Duggar and Michelle Duggar, stars of TLC’s popular “18 Kids and Counting” program.
