Domain registrations and investments are showing signs of life in 2009. There is no better indicator of this than the recent acquisition of the candy.com domain name.
It sold for $3 million to G&J Holdings.  This is the 2nd-largest domain purchase this year, following the Toys R Us purchase of toys.com.
