Ryan Newman went on a wild ride over the weekend. He was evaluated and released from the infield medical center after a horrifying crash during the final laps of Sunday’s NASCAR Sprint Cup race at Talladega Superspeedway.
The incident left Newman with a 36th-place finish in the AMP Energy 500.
