swine flu press conferenceFour students attending the University of Delaware have been diagnosed with “probable” cases of swine flu, while an elementary school in Rogers Park in Chicago, Illinois has been shut down for at least two days by another “probable” case of Swine Flu.

The Delaware students, who reported flu-like symptoms, were treated at the school’s health  center yesterday.  The Division of Public Health got preliminary test results back today confirming the probable cases.

None of the students have traveled to Mexico.  One of them had been to New Jersey, one to Florida and one to Chicago during the university’s spring break.

In Chicago, the Swine Flu case involves a student at Kilmer Elementary School in the Rogers Park neighborhood, Chicago Public Schools chief Ron Huberman said at a press conference this morning.

Chicago Public Health Commissioner Terry Mason said the student “is recovered at home.”  The student is 12-years-old.
