F My Life: It's Funny, It's True, Except When It Happens to You
A 911 dispatcher in Florida had to tell a woman how to unlock her car on Sunday.
A somewhat frantic woman called the Kissimmee police department to tell them that she was locked inside of her car at the Walgreen's.
"My car won't start. I'm locked inside my car," the woman said.
"Nothing electrical works, and it's getting very hot in here and I'm not feeling well."
The dispatcher proceeded to ask the woman if she was able to manually pull up on the lock on the door (what a great idea!).
The woman gave it a try and said, "Yes, I got the door open."
Wow. What would we do without those amazing 911 dispatchers?
