Stig SeverinsenStig Severinsen has broken his own record.

He previously held the Guinness World Record for holding his breath after doing so for 20 minutes and 10 seconds. ┬áNow, he’s done it for a whopping 22 minutes!

Severinsen is a world champion free-diver and breathing expert.

For the past ten years or so, he’s been experimenting with different techniques of breath-hold to study their effects on the body and mind.

He has even penned a book called “Breatheology: The Art of Conscious Breathing.”
