F My Life: It's Funny, It's True, Except When It Happens to You
The man accused of stalking Jennifer Garner and Ben Affleck is now looking at a slew of criminal charges after police took the weirdo into custody on Monday outside of their daughter's nursery school! Violet Affleck attends nursery school in Los Angeles.
The D.A. has hit Steven Burky with two counts of felony stalking and two misdemeanor counts of disobeying a court order. The couple had filed a restraining order against him in 2008, after Burky sent Garner "packages and letters containing delusional and paranoid thoughts."
Garner says Burky has been stalking her since 2002.
Fortunately, Burky is still in police custody. If he's found guilty, he could be looking at up to 4 years in prison.
All I can say is, if someone were lurking around that close to my kid, prison would be the safest place for him.
