Stephen Colbert has shaved his head in order to demonstrate his support for our U.S. troops in Iraq.
Colbert declared a victory in Iraq and had the word “Iraq” shaved onto the side of his head. Before about about 300 U.S. soldiers who had gathered for the taping of the Colbert Report on Sunday, Colbert declared:
“By the power vested in me by basic cable, I officially declare we have won the Iraq war!”
The Colbert Report episodes that were filmed in Iraq will air on Comedy Central Monday through Thursday of next week at 11:30pm EDT.
