Earlier today, we told about how President Obama put his foot in his mouth on The Tonight Show last night.

Timing is everything.

The Special Olympics is readying a new ad-campaign called “the r-word”.  The organization is trying to compare the word "retard" to various other words that people shouldn't utter aloud, like the n-word.

This campaign is now getting lots of attention.

Special Olympics is going to use the domain name r-word.org for the campaign.  It looks like a domain tasting operation owned by Demand Media (A.K.A. eNom467 Incorporated) snagged the domain "r-word.com" earlier this year and is currently parking it.

In fact, you can even buy the r-word.com domain name through another associated eNom company, AcquireThisName, if you really want it.

Let's have a look at the parked page, shall we?...

Whoops.  Perhaps they should filter those advertisements a little bit better.
