NASA was again forced to postpone the launch of the space shuttle Endeavour on Monday because of bad weather near the Kennedy Space Center.
“The weather has just bitten us again,” launch director Pete Nickolenko told the Endeavour crew.
Endeavour was set to lift off at 6:51pm EDT, prior to the postponement. It’s mission is to install a Japanese-built outdoor research platform at the International Space Station.
The flight has been on hold for a month, delayed by fuel leaks, lightning strikes and bad weather.
