Following in the footsteps of Google's top searches and Yahoo's top ten search terms of 2008, MySpace has released their Top 8's of 2008.

This gives un an interesting look into what's hot on MySpace, as well as whether or not this translates over to the rest of society.

The most popular item?  Twilight...the ultra-popular vampire movie that earlier this winter ranked highest in terms of overall searches on MySpace.

Top Video Search Term?  South Park.  You killed Kenny!  You bastards!  Top Filmmaker?  Kevin Smith.  Top Comedian?  Dane Cook.
