LeAnn Rimes is under the microscope as she recently tweeted some photos of herself in a string bikini on the beach in Cabo San Lucas, where she and new husband Eddie Cibrian are enjoying their honeymoon.
Rimes looks dangerously thin in the photos, with what appear to be bones showing around the country singer’s stomach.
Fans were quick to notice her weight and pass along their concerns via Twitter, with one saying:
“@leannrimes Whoa, you’re scary skinny! Sorry don’t mean to offend but that’s a lot of bones showing through skin…”
LeAnn was quick to offer this reply:
“@AJPaterson1987 those are called abs not bones love.”
I didn’t realize ab muscles were supposed to stick out like that, did you?
Later on, as though trying to give the appearance that she was eating like a healthy human, she tweeted about a fast food stop in the airport.
“Boston Dog’s sliders and French fries in the Cabo airport are so good! Anyone coming here try them!!!”
This isn’t the first time she’s had to defend her weight.
