As you probably already know by now, Jeremy Schoemaker, A.K.A. Shoemoney, announced yesterday that his company, Shoemoney Capital, Inc., had been bought by the Hanso Foundation and that he and his family were packing to prepare for their move to Portland.
Early this morning, Shoemoney and his family boarded Oceanic flight 815 and were on their merry way.
Unfortunately, the plane veered off course and seems to have gone down somewhere in the South Pacific.
Initial indications are that Oceanic 815 actually split into two pieces, with the tail section going down in one area and the rest of the plane going down in another.
Fate does seem to have a cruel sense of humor. Shoemoney was riding a wave of success at the time of the plane crash. Not only that, but also on board were believed to be a convicted felon headed for prison (how lucky!) and also a lottery winner.
We’ll keep you updated on this story as it develops.
