Sean Penn got medieval on a photographer on Friday afternoon, and that photographer has just filed an official police report against him.
The cameraman, Jordan Dawes, accuses Penn of battery. Apparently, the confrontation took place near the Brentwood Country Mart in L.A. where Sean was eating lunch.
Penn kicked and hit Dawes several times on a side street before moving on.
Sean Penn’s people have no comment at this time.
