The old gang is all here…well, except for Screech of course. The “Saved by the Bell” bunch just had a mini-reunion of sorts with People magazine.

Your favorite geek, portrayed by Dustin Diamond, wasn’t there though.

Hmmm…let’s see. Was it that soon-to-be-released tell-all book? Was it his sex tape? Was it his “Celebrity Fit Club” tantrums and financial woes?

How about D) All of the Above? Turns out Diamond was excluded on purpose.

“Cast members were not comfortable with including him,” a spokesperson said.

Diamond’s long-awaited “Saved by the Bell” book is the main reason his old pals didn’t him involved defenses are up, says the rep. Mark-Paul Gosselaar recently dissed the effort in Newsweek recently.

“What is he going to say?” Gosselaar asked, sarcastically. “We were (bleeping) groupies at 14? I can’t wait to read his book, because I don’t have a memory of a lot of the shows. Maybe it was because I was doing lines off of the audience members’ a—-. I’m sure he’s going to write something crazy like that. So he’s writing a book, I’m not really afraid of what he has to say. There are not too many skeletons in my closet.”
