The Buena Park Police Department has now issued an arrest warrant for Ryan Jenkins. They consider him to be a suspect in the murder of his wife, Jasmine Fiore.
The police department has used a “Ramey Warrant”, which is an arrest warrant that permits the police to bypass the District Attorney go straight to the judge. A “Ramey Warrant” is usually obtained when a suspect is in danger of fleeing from the jurisdiction.
To obtain a “Ramey Warrant”, police need to prove that there is probable cause to believe the suspect committed a felony. In this instance, a judge declared that there was probable cause to believe that Ryan Jenkins was involved in the murder of Jasmine Fiore.
