Rodney King, the man who was brutally beaten by police in Los Angeles in 1991 leading to massive riots, is dead.
King was found dead this morning at the age of 47.
According to various media sources, King’s fiancee found him dead at the bottom of a pool.
King made headlines back in 1991 when he was the victim of severe police brutality from the LAPD.
The police officers involved were acquitted the following year, leading to massive rioting in L.A.
