Heene pleaded guilty in November to a felony charge of attempting to influence a public servant.

Prosecutors said he and his wife, Mayumi Heene, faked the disappearance of their son, Falcon Heene, in an attempt to generate publicity because the couple wanted to star in their own reality show.
A judge sentenced Richard Heene to 90 days in jail back in December. He’ll actually spend 30 days in jail, but will then be eligible for work release over the final 60 days of his term.
If he’s working during that time period, he will be released from jail during the day and then come back to spend the night locked up.
In addition to the jail time, Heene must also serve four years on probation and perform 100 hours of community service each year.
