UPDATE: Eric Dane is now suing Gawker over the sextape.

Former Miss Teen USA, Kari Ann Peniche, is involved in a bit of a sex tape scandal with Eric Dane (A.K.A. – McSteamy from Grey’s Anatomy) along with his wife, Rebecca Gayheart. The tape has made its way onto the net and it going viral at this hour.

Kari Ann Peniche, who is 25, won the Miss Teen USA crown back in 2002. Ironically, she was stripped of her crown when she chose to pose for Playboy magazine. These days, she’s said to be a renowned Hollywood Madam, or may indeed be employed by one as the sex tape reveals her reading various credit card numbers into a phone…which may mean that Dane and Gayheart hired her for her erotic services.

Rebecca Gayheart and Eric Dane have not yet made any kind of statement regarding the tape. They have been married since 2004. Drug use is obvious in the new sex tape, with Rebecca Gayheart saying that she’s so high she needs to lay down.
