Don't ask me how, but 80's child actress Soleil Moon Fry, AKA Punky Brewster, has managed to get 1,000,000 Twitter followers.

So how did she celebrate?  By making a video dressed up in her old Punky Brewster attire...and it's pretty damned creepy.
