For the first time since taking office, the second-most popular Twitter user updated his status (CNN is the most popular).
President Barack Obama updated his @BarackObama account today to promote Thursday’s online town hall, which encourages users to submit their questions via The White House website.

Obama’s people are also hypng the meeting on the President’s Facebook Page, where he has a following that’s about ten times larger than his Twitter following.
