Phylicia BarnesThe body of Phylicia Barnes may have been found.  The teen from North Carolina has been missing since she disappeared while visiting family here in Baltimore on December 28 of last year.

Two bodies were pulled out of the Susquehanna River yesterday (Wednesday), one of which may be Barnes’, according to WBAL.

The leading clue would seem to be a distinctive tattoo of a rose that Barnes had on her lower, right leg. A similar tattoo has been located on the body of the woman pulled from the river yesterday.
