Not even Crocodile Dundee could get out of this jam.

Actor Paul Hogan has been barred from leaving Australia until he pays a tax bill totaling several million dollars, according to the actor’s attorney, Andrew Robinson.

The Australian Taxation Office (ATO) hit Hogan with a departure prohibition order when he went back to Sydney on Friday to attend the funeral of his 101-year-old mom, Florence.

That means Hogan, 70, can’t leave  Australia until his alleged tax bills are paid or arrangements are made for the tax debt to be discharged.

“He is stunned and very disappointed that the government could treat him as a flight risk,” said Robinson.

“He denies the liability asserted by the ATO and has filed objections which have not been the subject of any response from the ATO. He will continue to defend his position through all available legal and other channels.”

Hogan, who lives in Los Angeles with his wife and former “Crocodile Dundee” co-star Linda Kozlowski and their child, is the focus of an ongoing investigation into a tax fraud probe over allegations that he hid millions of dollars in royalties from his “Crocodile Dundee” movies in offshore tax shelters.  He has since denied the allegations, claiming that he’s “paid plenty of tax” in Australia.

The tax office reportedly hit Hogan with an updated tax bill in July for tax on $37.6 million in undeclared income after a five-year battle.
