Police in Iowa are investigating the death of Slipknot bass player Paul Gray at a local hotel.
Gray, 38, was found dead at around 10:50 a.m. today by an employee at TownePlace Suites in Urbandale, according to police.
So far, no evidence of foul play has been found, but the investigation is ongoing.
An autopsy has been scheduled for Tuesday and toxicology tests will be done at that time.
Gray was born on April 8, 1972 in Los Angeles, California. It was announced on his MySpace page this year that he was expecting a child with his wife Brenna. He was also known in the band as number #2 or “The Pig”.
