It’s hard to believe that this actually happened, but it did.

Authorities in Cleveland say a 300-pound woman  sat on her boyfriend and killed him last summer.

Mia Landingham (yes, “Landing ham”) pleaded guilty on Wednesday to involuntary manslaughter in the death of 120-pound boyfriend, Mikal Middleton-Bey.

The incident occurred in August during a domestic dispute between the couple, who have three children together.

During the trial, Landingham told the judge she regretted flattening the father of her kids.

“I just want to say that I am sincerely sorry about this situation…I wish I could take it back.”

In an epic legal system fail, Judge Carolyn Friedland sentenced Landingham to three years probation and 100 hours of community service – no jail time. she was then immediately released from jail.

There was a long history of domestic violence between the two, but apparently Landingham had no criminal record.

Middleton-Bey’s family was shocked that Landingham didn’t have to serve any jail time.

“So basically you can say that I can go sit on somebody and get probation?” said one of the victim’s sisters.
“I feel there wasn’t no justice.”

Landingham was facing up to five years in prison.
