Good Morning AmericaSomeone in Colorado is likely looking for a new job this evening.

Viewers there got more than they bargained for when they turned on the morning news on Thursday.  It seems a local TV station accidentally broadcast some good old-fashioned hardcore porn instead Good Morning America.

The adult programming – which was shown in Colorado Springs and Pueblo, Colorado – aired for only a few seconds and was quickly replaced by religious programming.

It took KRDO News Channel 13 almost three hours to fully correct the error, which the station said affected only Comcast subscribers.

Viewers weren’t happy, and they spoke out on KRDO’s official Facebook page.  Several residents were upset that their young kids had gotten a peek at the adult programming.

“My 7-year-old was watching porn instead of your news,” wrote Megan Ortiz.

“I’ve been on the phone already this morning after the porn that was broadcast while my daughter was eating breakfast!,” wrote Karrie Kuklish. “I’m outraged!!! Sick!”

KRDO posted a statement on its the page at 6 a.m. on Thursday, stating that it was working to resolve the problem, which it called “an issue with Comcast.”

Comcast later issued an apology which was posted on KRDO’s official website.

“The issue was a result of human error, which has been resolved, and preventative measures have been taken to avoid this from happening again in the future,” said Comcast spokeswoman Cindy Parsons.
