Obama Gets a ‘Failure to Appear’ in Georgia Courtroom: ’100 Times Bigger Than Watergate’ (VIDEO)

President Barack Obama and his attorney failed to appear in a Georgia courtroom yesterday for a hearing on a complaint that says that Obama isn’t a natural-born citizen and cannot be president.

Obama has thus been hit with a “Failure to Appear”.

Orly Taitz, the California attorney who brought the legal challenge to Obama’s name appearing on the March Georgia presidential primary ballot, says this has been her mission for the last three years.

“He is a complete fraud, he is using a forged birth certificate, and he is using a stolen social security number…this man is making a joke out of this country,” Taitz said.

“This will be 100 times bigger than Watergate,” she added.

“There are high ranking judges and federal officials who are involved in this cover up. The ramifications of this trial will be enormous.”

A Georgia resident made the initial complaint, which is intended to keep Obama’s name off the state’s ballot in the March presidential primary.

The historic hearing represents the first time that a court has accepted arguments on the merits of the controversy surrounding Barack Obama’s status. His critics claim he never met the constitutional requirements to seek the presidency, and that the states and Congress failed in their duties to make sure only a qualified president is inaugurated.

Given the testimony from yesterday’s hearing, Obama has some serious explaining to do.

The case revolved around the Natural Born clause of the U.S. Constitution and whether or not President Obama qualifies under it to serve as Commander-in-Chief. If he’s found ineligible, Obama’s name will not appear on the 2012 ballot in Georgia.

Over the last few weeks, Obama’s attorney, Michael Jablonski, had tried to stonewall this case at every turn. First, he tried to have it dismissed, then argued that it was irrelevant to Obama. After that, Jablonski argued that a state couldn’t, under the law, determine who would or would not be on a ballot. Later, he simply said that Obama was just too busy to appear in court.

At yesterday’s hearing, an expert on Adobe’s PhotoShop photo-editing program took the stand and testified that the birth certificate Obama provided to the public was “layered.” This, he said, indicates that different parts of the certificate were lifted from more than one original document.

Another expert testified under oath that the birth certificate was “suspicious.” He said that the white lines around all the type-face is caused by “unsharp mask” in Photoshop. He testified that any document showing this, is considered to be a fraud.

They noted that the serial number on the birth certificate is out of sequence with others issued at that hospital. The certification was different from others issued at the hospital and different from that found on the certificate from a pair of twins born 24 hours ahead of Obama.

They then checked out Obama’s social security number by running it through E Verify, the system by which the Government verifies ones citizenship. The number came back as “suspected fraudulent.”

Court officials ran the social security number through a database and found that it was issued to Obama in 1977 in the state of Massachusetts. Obama never resided in Massachusetts. At the time of issue, Obama was living in Hawaii.

A former police officer and former immigration officer specializing in immigration fraud stated that if Obama is shown not to be a citizen, he should be arrested and deported, adding that until all records are released, nobody can know for certain if he is or is not a U.S. Citizen.

Finally, Orly Taitz took the stand and stated that the hearing showed that Obama’s records have been altered and that he’s hiding his identity and citizenship.

Taitz states that Obama should be found ineligible to serve as President.

With that, the hearing drew to a close. What happens from here?
