Oakland police have re-opened an investigation into a group assault after a video recording of the entire attack was uploaded to YouTube.
Melissa Seals says she was giving a customer a haircut last month at her Oakland salon when six women entered the store. One of them, a friend of hers no less, started assaulting her over dispute regarding a boyfriend.
Two women can be seen hitting Seals while another records the attack with a video camera.
Oakland police spokesperson Jeff Thomason says the Oakland salon beating YouTube video will be valuable evidence against the women involved in this attack.
