NORAD Santa Tracker 2010

As it has done for the last several years, the North American Aerospace Defense Command is getting ready to launch its NORAD Santa Tracker 2010.

A graphic is now being displayed on the official NORAD Santa Tracker website showing exactly how many days are left until Santa begins his magical journey around the world.

There’s even an activity center where kids can go to discovery a fun activity each day until December 25.

NORAD officials have received notification that Santa has selected 9 reindeer for his yuletide trek around the world on Christmas Eve! These special reindeer have been on a rigorous exercise program to make sure they are physically fit for the journey! NORAD has learned that one of the reindeer has a bright shiny nose, and responds to the name Rudolph.

One fun, new option this year will be to track Santa on your mobile phone.  On December 24th, open Google Maps for mobile and do a search for “Santa” to see his latest location.  You can also visit m.noradsanta.org from your mobile browser.
